In order to develop equity of competition within each division. WAMSL "rates" each team and places each team in their appropriate divisions.
WAMSL may reclassify a team at any time during the season. League Executives shall meet and evaluate the performance of the teams during the previous season. These re-classifications for the upcoming year will be determined by December 31st of the current year.
